I’m Adela Popescu, a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, providing psychological assessment, clinical evaluation, counseling, and emotional support for adults, both online and in person. I work in Romanian and English. Price per session 50 euro

As a Clinical Psychologist, my work includes the psychological assessment and understanding of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral difficulties such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, loneliness, interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment challenges. I use clinical interviews, psychological assessment methods, and evidence-based approaches to help clients gain clarity about their emotional experiences and psychological functioning.

I support clients in understanding patterns that contribute to emotional distress, developing healthier coping mechanisms, improving emotional regulation, strengthening self-awareness, and navigating difficult life situations with greater resilience and balance.

Alongside my clinical work, I am continuing my professional development through advanced psychotherapy training, with a particular interest in CBT-oriented interventions, emotional wellbeing, and the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for psychological change.

My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, focused on creating a safe space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges.
