I’m a cross-cultural psychologist and adaptation strategist with 19 years of experience in Psychology and Foreign relations. I help expats and digital nomads to adapt as quickly and painlessly as possible in the new cultural conditions and make meaningful and long-term business and personal connections.
I make a special focus on adaptation of introverted expats to help them feel more self-confident both in professional and personal communication by creating their own comfort zone. I also have special programs for expats expecting and new moms abroad and provide consultations to intercultural couples, who want to improve their relationships and build their unique family culture.
Besides that I provide career counseling and professional adaptation of foreign staff of international organisations. This includes goal setting, developing leadership skills, stress management and adaptation in the new business culture.
I currently hold membership in the International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP).
Completed degree in Psychology - State Academic University of Humanitarian Sciences (2002). Post-graduate degree in professional Adaptation of Staff of International Organizations - Diplomatic Academy of MFA of Russia. Certified Art Therapist.
