Cross-Cultural Psychotherapy was born out of a deep understanding that traditional therapy often misses the mark for people navigating life across cultures, identities, and countries. You deserve a space where your experiences do not need to be explained or justified, but understood as an essential part of your story and the foundation of our work together. I support clients struggling with anxiety, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, trauma, identity-related stress, and life transitions, offering a supportive space to process their experiences and emotions. Living between cultures or constantly adapting to new environments can be both enriching and emotionally overwhelming, often impacting one’s sense of identity, belonging, and connection.
I am EMDR-trained and use culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approaches to help you better understand yourself, your emotions, and your experiences. I provide therapy in both English and Arabic to support you in exploring your thoughts and emotions in the language that feels most natural to you. In therapy, you can be fully seen and understood, explore your emotions safely, and begin finding relief, balance, clarity, and deeper connection to yourself.
