I am a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Therapist, who is a skilled practitioner of various therapeutic areas within Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I provide online therapy services for adults, couples & adolescents, as well as seeing some clients in my rooms in Cape Town. I provide expertise in a wide range of psychological problems, with a particular interest in ex pats, depression & bipolar, anxiety disorders (including phobias, panic disorder, social phobia, PTSD, OCD and GAD), addiction, eating disorders, codependency, personality disorders and life coaching. I work to provide not only treatment and management of pathology, but also to promote wellness and happiness through increasing physical wellness, correct eating, increased personal and social activities and improved work efficacy and enjoyment).
