I serve individuals and couples working through issues of identity, navigating cultural differences or stressors, and racial or oppression trauma. I use an earth-based, indigenous, and liberation framework that focuses on independence, reciprocity, equity, and liberation oriented mindset and practices. I work with clients experiencing transitions, couples navigating conflict, and third culture adults who are looking to grow in relational and emotional belonging. I offer trauma-informed care that is culturally responsive and incorporates cognitive processing, existential, narrative, emotionally focused therapy, and somatic approaches.
