Charley Fleming Counselling

I’m a British counsellor/therapist based in Valencia, offering one-to-one support in English both in person and online.

I work with adults who may be dealing with stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, questions around identity or direction, major life changes, or simply a sense that something in life isn’t working as they would like. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or a perfectly clear idea of what you want to talk about.

My approach is relational, thoughtful and collaborative. I draw on counselling and psychology to help you explore what you’re experiencing, understand recurring patterns, and consider different ways of relating to yourself, other people and the choices in front of you. I don’t see therapy as a process of labelling or “fixing” people; I’m more interested in understanding how things have come to make sense in the context of your life.

I aim to offer a space that feels warm and non-judgemental, while also being willing to ask questions or gently challenge you when that feels useful. You set the pace and decide what you want to explore.

I offer sessions in person in Russafa, Valencia, as well as online. A free introductory session is available so that we can talk about what has brought you to therapy and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
