I’m a counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and workplace stress. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to rebuild connection — with yourself and with others.

As a third-culture individual and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I deeply value inclusivity and approach every client with empathy, respect, and curiosity. You deserve to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

In our sessions, I use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), client-centered counseling, and trauma-informed practices. This allows me to adapt our work to your unique needs — whether that means learning practical coping tools, exploring emotional patterns, or healing from past experiences.
