Multilingual Psychologist for Adults | Dubai & Online

I work with high-functioning adults who may appear capable and composed on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, emotional disconnection, trauma responses, masking, relationship difficulties, or difficulty identifying and expressing emotions.

My approach is compassionate, practical and structured. I help clients understand the emotional and behavioural patterns that keep them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck, while developing healthier ways to regulate emotions, communicate needs, establish boundaries and manage relationships.

I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent adults, including people exploring autism, ADHD, alexithymia, interoception and the emotional cost of masking. I also support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, burnout and relationship disconnection.

Sessions are available in English, Russian and Ukrainian, in person in Dubai and online.
