I am a London-based registered psychotherapist offering online counselling in English to clients across the world. My own life experiences have made me very familiar with many of the issues that can affect people who find themselves living and working away from their home country, as well as the challenges that face people who feel rooted in two or more cultures.
If I had to summarise my approach to therapy in just a couple of sentences, then I would put it like this: I encourage patients to look at the attitudes, beliefs and ways of relating to others that are learned throughout our lives, and see how these help – or perhaps hinder – us in dealing with the specific challenges that we are encountering. My aim is simply to help people cope better with what life throws at them – and to feel better about themselves in the process.
I offer courses of therapy delivered online by Skype or Zoom, with flexible packages from just a few sessions through to long-term counselling of a year or more.
Getting started is simple – drop me an email, and we will arrange an online conversation (free of charge) for around 30 minutes. After that you can decide if you’d like to book a set of 50-minute sessions. I know that starting therapy can feel a bit like a leap in the dark. So you don’t need to pre-pay – you just pay (by card) after each session, and can end the sessions at any time.
