- Profile
I help thoughtful adults who want to explore themselves more deeply, whether they are new to therapy or have been in therapy before. My approach weaves IFS, embodied awareness, and psychodynamic relational depth to help clients connect with deeper layers of themselves in ways that may bring lasting transformation
Many of the people I work with carry internal worlds shaped by trauma, shame, anxiety, complex family relationships, identity struggles, adoption-related experiences, or long-standing relational patterns. You may have a sense that something in you wants attention, space, or understanding in a deeper way.
Therapy with me is steady, attuned, and grounded. Together we explore the parts of you that protect, the parts that carry pain, the patterns that repeat in relationships; and the early experiences that continue to echo in your adult life. This can happen through words alone and with gentle embodied work, always according to your comfort and readiness.
I offer online therapy worldwide (except the United States and Canada) and in-person sessions in London, UK.
If you feel drawn to this way of working, please contact me to arrange a brief initial conversation. This gives us a chance to meet, explore your questions, and sense together whether the work feels like the right fit.
