Intercultural Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

My focus is on addressing emotional difficulties and neurodiversity. Anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, lack of confidence, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, perfectionism, and self-sabotage are some of the issues I work with.

In my practice, I consider the intercultural aspects of each patient’s background, recognizing how race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class, culture, nationality, disability, religion, and age can impact an individual’s well-being and mental health. I work with children, young people, and adults, and I also provide clinical supervision.
