I am a qualified and experienced counsellor accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, offering counselling and psychotherapy in East London and internationally, as well as, a licensed professional counsellor to Texas residents. My experience includes working with those who suffer from depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. My philosophy is based on building a therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. I offer a non-judgemental, person-centred therapy aiming to identify your strengths and focus on solutions.
