- Profile
I am a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist based in Bloomsbury, London, working in person and online. I see adults and children, in English, French and Czech. Much of my work is with people living away from the country or language they grew up in – working in a person’s own language, or in the language in which something first happened to them, often matters more than it seems. I work in the Lacanian tradition, which in practice means paying close attention to the particular way each person speaks, rather than fitting them to a method or a schema. Sessions may be weekly or more frequent, and the arrangement is decided together at the beginning. I also offer clinical supervision to therapists and analysts.
Online work is by video or telephone. A first consult commits you to nothing and is a chance to see whether this is work we might do together. - CredentialsMember, Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (CFAR), London; Member, UKCP; Member, Cercle Freudien, Paris.
