About Dr. Sara Tookey:
Dr. Tookey is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience across NHS, third sector, and private settings. She specializes in adult mental health, ADHD assessment and support, and psychedelic integration therapy. Her approach combines compassion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Our Approach:
We offer flexible online sessions to ensure accessibility and convenience. Our therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while maintaining a warm, collaborative relationship. We particularly welcome individuals from LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
