I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist, counsellor, clinical supervisor and trainer. I have more than 12 years’ experience practising as a psychotherapist and over 30 years’ wider experience supporting people through complex emotional, relational and life challenges.

I work online with individuals and couples in the UK and internationally. Over the years, I have supported clients living in the United States, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Dubai and the wider UAE, Thailand, Finland, Norway, Australia, Spain and Portugal.

My approach is warm, integrative and person-centred, with specialist experience in attachment and trauma-informed therapy. I support people with relationship difficulties, ADHD, addiction, anxiety, depression, shame, infertility, bereavement and other significant losses. I also work with complex family relationships, separation, family estrangement, parental alienation and the emotional impact of family-court proceedings.

Therapy will be shaped around you—not a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we will consider what you would like help with, whether the support I offer is appropriate and how we can work safely and meaningfully towards change. If you need additional or more specialist support, I can, with your knowledge and consent, liaise with other professionals or help you identify an appropriate service.
