I have worked as a person-centred psychotherapist for over twenty years. I work with individuals.

I work with clients who are in crisis or in particular areas of difficulty. I also work with clients who are happy or already successful, who simply want to enhance the quality of life even further. I provide the opportunity to examine your life, your relationships and your career, helping you to think about and develop your options and decide what steps to take next.

I specialise in working with clients online and via the telephone. I’m available to work via any of the current video-call media and happy to use whichever you have, or are most familiar with.

I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists, and to other helping, social car and teaching professionals.

Please call or e-mail in the first instance for a preliminary conversation about working together. I then suggest an exploratory session of 60 minutes. I don’t charge for this session, and it comes with no conditions or expectations. It’s a chance for us to meet one another and see whether we get on and might work well together. It’s an opportunity for you to tell me whatever you want to about your circumstances, and to ask me whatever you might need to know about me and about how I work.

After that, I charge £120 for a 60 minute session.
