    I am a trained psychotherapist and an accredited member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which is the professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK.

    Over the years I have worked with people who experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, burnout, stress, addiction, domestic abuse, miscarriage, bereavement, discrimination, racism, redundancy and other mental health and wellbeing related issues.

    As we explore issues together, we will also identify underlying reasons that lead to those issues. By taking this approach, you will be better informed to proactively self manage as you go forward.

    My training is grounded in existential and integrative approaches which mean I draw from different modalities to suit your needs. I trained at the world famous Regents University, London, a world renowned training institute for psychotherapy and psychology. I am an accredited registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which is the professional association for members of the counselling professions in the UK.
