Dr Alesia Moulton-Perkins, Neurodiversity Specialist, Clinical Psychologist & CBT Therapist

Together with my colleagues at Neurodiverse Online, I offer diagnostic and cognitive assessments as well as psychological therapy by video call to children, young people and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD, ADHD and Tourette Syndrome/Tics. I also offer therapy for people struggling with relationships or occupational issues because of their neurodiversity, physical health difficulties or mental health problems. I have expertise in working with obsessive compulsive disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, low self-esteem and low mood. As a US born, UK educated, psychologist who has lived in Spain and now lives between the UK and France I have experience of living across cultures and countries. I have specialist qualifications and experience in CBT and mindfulness. I also enjoy using compassion focused therapy ideas in my work with clients.
