Spectrum Psychology and Wellness is where Sally is completing a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical psychology. Sally is currently only seeing clients located in Arizona. Sally enjoys working with clients who identify as expatriates, immigrants, third culture kids, adult third culture kids, and global nomads. Sally herself identifies as an Adult Third Culture Kid. Sally specializes in working with clients 16 and older, and her highest priority is creating a non-judgmental, open-minded, and safe environment to share. Exploring childhood and family history is an important aspect of Sally’s understanding of people and conceptualization in therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to draw on their own inner strengths in the process of healing from the past and growing into the future. She is particularly adept at working with clients with a history of trauma. Sally enjoys exploring cross-cultural issues in therapy and believes that the various identities we carry – ethnic/racial background, nationality, religious orientation, gender, and sexual orientation, etc. impact who we are and how we operate in the world. Sally welcomes clients to bring their full selves into the room (or zoom room) and makes space to explore each of these pieces that make up who you are.
