Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance are important qualities for therapy. Studying and working as an entrepreneur overseas for 30 years has given me good insight into the challenges of expat life. I use talk therapy, Brainspotting and other modalities for trauma, anxiety, and stress. I have an integrated approach using mindfulness and spirituality when appropriate to help with anxiety, depression, and existential issues. I have in-depth experience working with individuals and families suffering from Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Sessions are conducted via teletherapy with adults, individuals, and couples.
