My work focuses on hormonal and reproductive changes, anxiety, relationships, identity, and significant life transitions, including the unique experiences that can come with living abroad. Together, we make sense of what is changing, explore how these experiences affect your emotional well-being, and build clarity around what you need as you navigate life across cultures and transitions.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona. I also support women living abroad through Psychoeducation and emotional wellness support.
