Hey there! I’m Marshall, and my experience includes 7+ years in mindfulness, ketamine therapy, psychedelic integration, nature-based therapy, and mental health treatment. My past work in rainforest conservation has also given me an understanding of eco-anxiety and grief. I love the diversity of my clients – young professionals, digital nomads, creatives, activists, spiritual seekers, and folks in a career transition. My goal is to help you discover the freedom, clarity, and confidence to know what you really want and go for it. This will involve releasing blockages and tuning in to inner guidance. I will meet you where you are at.

I primarily use my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), but draw in elements of ACT, DBT, existential therapy, Buddhism, & indigenous spiritual wisdom. I also work in psychedelic assisted therapy and offer prep and integration sessions.
