While we’re based in Colorado Springs, a city with a strong expat and military community, our focus extends beyond. We specialize in preparing people for the emotional and mental challenges of international moves, offering training and counseling to help them navigate the complexities of living abroad. Additionally, we’re committed to providing support to mental health-adjacent providers in regions where access to professional counseling is limited, helping to build mental health resilience in areas that need it most.
