Hi! I’m glad you found me on the ITD. My clients come to me because they are ready to experience healing in their lives and relationships.

I love connecting with clients and helping them navigate and move beyond life’s challenges and transitions, through an open, nonjudgemental space where we can collaborate in Therapy. My goal is for you to feel supported and understood in our therapy sessions, as it is my honor to work alongside my clients.

I am a Systemic EMDR Therapist, and always collaborate with each my clients to create a customized treatment approach.

With my continued therapeutic training and experience, I bring my personal empathy, optimism & creativity to the healing journey as we work together. If you are not sure about starting the therapeutic process and would like to get just a feel of our fit, I also offer a 15-minute phone consultation for an initial connection and help you decide. I find this very helpful as finding the right therapist is the MOST important part of therapy. ​As an expat myself, I have a real understanding of the unique challenges of the life of the expat abroad (I am originally from Brazil and have been living in the US for the past 23 years). I am in a multicultural relationship and my understanding extends further to the complications of multicultural partnerships.

​I was born and raised in Brazil and I currently live in Denver, CO – I am passionate about cultivating community regardless of where you are in the world. I love to travel and draw on my experiences abroad to support my work as a therapist.

PS: Although I do have a physical office at the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver, I have been doing Telehealth sessions since March 2020 on a HIPAA-compliant (secure) platform and I take your privacy very seriously.
