Welcome!

My name is Robert. I am passionate about empowering people to flourish and find greater fulfillment amidst seasons of challenge and transition. Whether you are feeling stuck, grief, uprooted, lonely, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, misunderstood, or discouraged, let’s work together to build healing and lasting positive change in your life. With my experience growing up internationally, I experienced 18+ transitions by the age of 18 and know first hand how important it is to get the support you need during periods of challenge and transition. As an Adult Third Culture Kid, I hold a special place for people with cross-cultural experiences who may be navigating culture shock, re-assimilation, plans to move, church/ ministry team hurt, adoption, community building, bicultural relationships, boarding school, separation from family, and other cultural challenges.

I provide therapy to couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults. I practice from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength based approach. I am also trained in art therapy and enjoy using creative/ expressive techniques to help my clients express themselves. It would be an honor to come along side you as we collaboratively engage in a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. You can expect to be treated with respect, compassion, cultural sensitivity, and mindful awareness of your specific wellness needs.
