- Profile
I offer therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Whether you are experiencing high stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or thoughts and feelings questioning your identity and values, I am here to help.
I love working with couples and individuals who are in periods of transition. You might have just moved to a new city or culture, you might have a baby on the way, or you or your partner might have experienced a recent job loss, all transitions are challenging, and I aim to facilitate a safe, judgment-free space to help you through it.
I invite all people, gender identities, and relationship styles to work with me. I am committed to providing culturally competent and safe care to all populations, especially those identifying with BIPOC, LGBTQUIA+, poly, and kink communities. I recognize my privilege as a white, heterosexual, cisgender female, and I am committed to my own unlearning and relearning.
- CredentialsI received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. I am an LMFT licensed in Illinois and have received a Certification in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
