There are many struggles that drains us of our energies, regardless and many times because of our families, race, religion, sexuality, socio-economic, immigration status, and expat life.
As a person who lives as the minority in various communities, I hope to work with you to process your emotions and realign the mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns in order to empower you to be your best self. Through thoughtful questioning, skill building, and reflection, we will work together through healing conversations to create mindful, healthy lifestyles for yourself first in order to cultivate joy.
