I specialize in somatic (body-based) therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, eating disorders, relationships, attachment, chronic illness/pain, and grief. Whether you’re processing major life events or looking for help coping with day-to-day issues, I’d be honored to join you on your journey. As a trauma survivor myself, I know first-hand the importance of having compassionate, attuned support for engaging in deep work. I offer a relational approach to therapy, drawing from my training in trauma, safety, attachment, and emotional regulation. The current research shows that we can’t “talk our way out” trauma, pain, or discomfort. So the therapy I offer is experiential and relational, using the body and nervous system as resources for building resiliency and feeling more at ease.
I’m located in the US and have many years of experience working with clients internationally.
