Individualized counseling matters. Everyone is unique and therefore requires a counselor who specializes in meeting people where they are at and helping them to get where they want to go. That is where I come in. I use an interdisciplinary approach that combines motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity and constructivism to help my clients cultivate resiliency and life satisfaction. I am a person in long-term recovery myself and I am proud to say that I apply everything that I teach. All of my counseling is person-centered, self-directed and strength based. I truly believe that recovery isn’t about being as good as you once were but, BETTER than you’ve ever been. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Drexel University with a focus on behavioral neuroscience, and am formally trained in mindfulness from Penn Medicine. I hold a certification in applied neuroscience and brain health and did my counseling coursework at Villanova University.
