I believe in the potentiality of every person. Sometimes life experiences or self-beliefs can inhibit our development. Therapy at Fractal Counseling is more than processing emotions. It is organizing thoughts, clarifying diagnoses, amplifying strengths, developing systems, and identifying and restructuring unhelpful patterns. Therapy isn’t just about the past— it’s about creating a more meaningful and fulfilling future.

Before opening my private practice, I worked in women’s prisons, teen centers, indigenous tribes, and community health centers. Each place challenged and helped me develop unique skills. I also lived abroad for 12 years with my husband and 4 children. I understand the complexity of emotions you or your children may be experiencing. I look forward to working with you!
