- Profile
Home is a complicated word when you’ve lived across cultures. Maybe you’re an expat in a new country, a Third Culture Kid who grew up between worlds, a returning missionary or aid worker, or someone carrying the quiet grief of a place you can’t go back to. You might be high-achieving and driven on the outside while feeling rootless, depleted, or unsure where you actually belong underneath.
I understand the tensions — I’ve lived and worked cross-culturally for over 25 years, across nearly 60 countries.
I walk with internationally-mobile adults, couples, and teens through anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship strain, faith questions, and the disorienting transitions that come with a globally-mobile life. Together we get to the root of the patterns that have kept you over-functioning or unmotivated and disconnected, and build new ways of living that feel grounded, whole, and your own.
I use a holistic framework I call Full Integrated Transformation (FIT), drawing on evidence-based tools — Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, journaling, and the Gottman Method for couples — integrating emotional, relational, spiritual, physical, and financial well-being. Faith-integrated support is available for those who want it, and equally welcoming of those who don’t.
Book a free 15-minute consultation to see if it’s a fit. I’d be honored to walk with you.
Note: I am a licensed counselor in Washington State (USA) and provide counseling to WA residents. For clients elsewhere, I offer therapeutic coaching and soul care grounded in the same FIT framework. I am comfortable working with clients outside of the U.S. if regulations in your country allow it — reach out and we’ll figure out what’s possible.
