I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for adults, alongside relationship therapy for couples, intimate partners, and mothers and adult daughters. I work with clients across Vietnam, the United Kingdom, and internationally, providing accessible and flexible therapy through secure online sessions.

As a UK-trained, BACP-accredited integrative therapist with over 20 years of experience, I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relational difficulties, life transitions, loss, and questions of identity and belonging. My practice is neurodivergent-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, offering therapy that respects different ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world.

In addition to ongoing therapy, I offer specific approaches including the Rewind Technique for trauma and PTSD, hypnotherapy, and parenting support. Relationship therapy provides a structured space to explore communication, emotional patterns, and ways of relating with greater understanding and clarity.
