As an integrative therapist I work from a variety of modalities supporting those that are struggling with areas such as: relationships, communication, cross-cultural issues, adjustment to change, anxiety, depression, family issues, suicidal thoughts, self harm, bereavement, loss, stress, gender identity, low self-esteem, identity issues, parenting skills, body image, confronting & breaking persistent habits and patterns of behaviour, quitting smoking, developing healthy a relationship with food, loss direction, negative thinking, repeated patterns of unhelpful behaviour(s), panic, trauma, phobias…

I qualified in 2005 and have since worked with individuals, aged from 5 years – 70+ providng support for people across the UK, Indonesia, China & Vietnam. I have experience in working independently, within hospital settings and educational establishments. I work with individuals and couples, as well as being able to offer Skype sessions to individuals further afield.
